• Production process: The natural process requires selecting cherries only, then exposing the beans in the greenhouse under strict conditions for 30 days. After processing, the coffee beans are preserved in 1-2 months to retain the unique tropical fruity aroma and the natural sweet after-taste of Organic Arabica. This is limited product as there is only one batch (November – December) per year.

The coffee beans are grown on the Lam Dong plateau at an altitude of over 1400m above sea level. Only ripe red Arabica and Robusta beans are harvested and undergo a careful selection process to meet the highest standards of quality. How to brew a nice cup of drip coffee

1. Shake the bag lightly to gather coffee powder on the bottom. Cut off the upper part following the dotted line.

2. Hold the bottom of the hooks and pull them apart to open.

3. Use the cup with the diameter within 9cm to hook it around the edge.

4. Then fold the outside of the hook to stand to stabilize as shown on the illustration.

5. Pour a bit of boiling water first and let it brew for about 30 seconds. Then slowly pour the rest of boiling water for 3 -4 times. (Ideal quantity of hot water: 140ml).

Caution:

・Set the bag securely on the cup with diameter within 9cm and brew it at the stable place.

・A part of the hook or the filter may be yellow because of the fat of coffee.

・Be careful of the burn when using the boiling water.

·Keep this product away from the heat source or fire.
