Our Story

Kevyn Nguyễn, Founder & Head of Coffee, is an entrepreneur driven by purpose and a deep connection to the land.

Born and raised in Bảo Lộc, Lâm Đồng—one of Vietnam’s coffee capitals—Kevyn grew up surrounded by coffee farms. His parents were among those who moved to this region in the 1980s to build a new life, relying on coffee cultivation as their main source of income.

Like many farmers at the time, they followed conventional methods, using chemical fertilizers and pesticides to maximize yield. Over the years, however, the land began to lose its vitality.

Kevyn knew there had to be a better way.

A Different Path

After more than a decade working in organic agriculture, Kevyn made a bold decision:
to transition fully to organic farming.

It was not the easiest path. Organic farming requires patience, resilience, and a long-term vision. But Kevyn believed that restoring the health of the soil was the foundation for everything else.

He not only transformed his own farm but also worked closely with local farmers—inspiring and supporting them to make the same transition.

Over time:

• The soil was regenerated and brought back to life
• Coffee cherries developed richer, cleaner flavors
• Farms achieved USDA Organic certification, one of the world’s most rigorous standards

Jessica is the person behind the scenes keeping all of the cogs turning smoothly here at TheorganiKcoffee. Part of her everyday checklist is to check in with the team, suppliers and clients to make sure everyone is happy and organised. She has been with TheorganiKcoffee for years and knows everything there is to know about the business, so she is always on hand to answer any questions you might have!
